I'm a Filipina currently staying here in Thailand for 8 years. I have some questions about getting a visa to US. My fiance is in Colorado Springs and will apply the visa for me this month but we would like to know some informations about getting a visa 1) I'm a filipina but I've been staying here in Thailand for a couple of years, Will the US embassy of Thailand allow me to process my Visa here or should I go back to the Philippines? 2) How long will it takes to get a fiance visa? 3) My friend told me that I have to get an NBI clearance (National Bureau of Investigation certificate and police clearance as part of the requirements but Thai people told me that they don't issue such certificates here, are they necessary documents?
