Could anyone answer this question for me please.My my brother's fiancee wants to file for him to come here, but the problem she has is that, she went back to school this month and does not work anymore.She worked up untill may 5th this year, she also filed taxes for the past 3yrs.
But on the 1-864 (Affidavit of Support) they said that a person must have a job .
Now the questions, if i become a co-sponsor for income purposes on the application, and use my employment instead of her,would that be
