Hi, I am a South African national and my fiance` is a H1B visa holder. I am aware that after we marry, I will be put on H4 visa. Please can you advise on the following:
1. To ensure my H4 visa is processed quicker, is it advisable for us to marry within the USA or outside the USA?
2. Following from (1), if we marry in my home country, how soon will I be able to join my fiance` in USA?
3. Also, if I come to USA on H4 visa with my maiden name on my current passport, how will this affect my H4 visa when I change to my married name in my new passport (name change and new passport takes 3-5 months in my country)?
