I was wondering if you could help answer my question. I have files I-140 EB-1 (extraordinary ability) concurrently with I-485. My girlfriend and I have been together for four years and want to do things right. My petition has not been approved yet. She is legally in the USA right now. My question is:
What are the procedures for her to get a green card as well? When my I-140 gets approved, can she file then? What does she have to file: I-485 (based on my approved petition), I-130? When is a good time to get married? I am quite confused and would appreciate your help so much!
