Fiance not is US, Me in US, Fiance >21, Fiance Father a Citizen

Ok this is a mix plate

I am on OPT and just filed H-1 (premium) on 11 June 2004. My OPT expires Feb 2005 , so I am save in that regard.

I am engaged, Fiance is in Pakistan.
Fiance Father just became US citizen on 9 june 2004 and planning to apply for her.

What can be the quickest for us to get married and so she can come to us asap? Please tell me for both cases if I apply for her or her father applies for both of us.

H1 or Sponsor by Citizen father

I think if you get H1 soon then your wife can get H2 easily and she can join you soon after the wedding. She gets green card when you get one. H1 are allowed to file a visa for fiance.

If citizen father applies for unmarried daughter, it may take few years. For married daughter, it will take even longer.
