Ive been told 2ways to get her child to America Get married then wait 2-3yrs,Or I can go pick him up and bring him back, Then get married Any other ideas I really dont want to sit on a plane for 20hrs{but I will if needed) Has any one else been in this situation?
 
pick him and bring him back as on a B-2?? what about the childs bi-logical father?? I think he needs to give an okay for his child to leave the country.

I would suggest that you talk to an attorney about this...

The father has had nothing to do with the child since he was 1yr (Iam understanding to this since I have been a step-dad, father and divorced father) So I dont think this would be a problem. I was thinking of a K-4 visa. The main problem is her being here and him being in China. I get different answers from different lawyers. Trying to do my own homework Thanks for any help
 
I can refer you to a lawyer if you want me to.. I think K-4 is a better way.. a B-2 will basically be a violation of his NIV.. (non immigrant visa)
 
That would be great for the attorney Im Az so the closer the better
I forgot to mention the the boy is 12yrs old if that makes a difference
