Fiancée or spousal visa

Hi folks, I am a U.S. Citizen and planning on bringing my girlfriend to the U.S. I'm confused as to which route to take. File for fiancée and marry her in the U.S or marry her outside the U.S. and petition to bring her to the U.S. Which process is faster ? Thanks in advance for your help

Fiance visa is faster to be physically in the US, but much slower to actually become a permanent resident.
