Dear Friends,
I am one of the International Graduate students at University of Texas at Arlington. I have been full time student since my enrollment and have followed all the immigration rules and regulations. Recently I was told by my International office that due to some trouble with the software, the SEVIS record didnt go through in my case and thus I got out of my F1 Status. As per advised, I applied for F1 reinstatement and also paid $ 195.00 for the processing. I would like to know if someone has faced the same situationa dn if yes, how long does it take to get Reinstated? This is my graduating semester so I also have to apply for OPT but that cant be done before my F1 gets reinstated. If someone has faced the same situation I would like to know.
