My friend's wife has applied for her 485 -friend has filed his 140/485 in Dec 04 - EB2. She has also filed for F1 earlier since she is doing her MS here. The lawyer asked her to withdraw F1. Is that OK to do? Suppose anything goes wrong with 140/485, at least she can complete her studies as she is likely to complete in about 5 months.
