fewer approvals on repnet recently

Did you guys notice that there are fewer approvals lately? I don't know whether the NSC is slowing down again. Another explanation may be that NSC is processing 2002 cases. Look at the rupnet, the total numbers are smaller for months of 2002 compared to that of 2001. And rupnet number may not be very representive of the real situation. I really hope that is true.
 
Also there are very few messages on the board sharing that there case has been approved. Guys is this represent the true situation of UCIS or it is just a co-incidence that not many people are shaing the info. Any comments froim senior members?

Rsur and I had discussion about this awhile back. We both reached the conclusion that if you are to include the number of "silent" visitors, as well as those who simply stopped looking at rupnet or immigrationportal.com after they got their approval, the actual number of approval would be much higher.

This, of course, is not based on any scientific or statistical evidence. My assumption (and am sure Rsur would concur) is based solely on educated guess.
