our RD for i-485 is june 14, 2002.
and i want my son who is 9 yrs old and also has advance parole to spend two and half months summer break in delhi
1. is it ok for him to be out of usa for this length of time while i-485 pending.
2. anyone with experience of kids travelling alone overseas ....which airline is the best for such precious passengers.
and how to tackle immigration issues when the 9 year old comes back to USA
