Few questions on RFE

People who got these types of RFEs, please respond

RFE for paystubs and W2

Do they want original or copies?

RFE for tax-forms for 2001

1) Do they want state and federal both?

2) Do you send the copies you have for the forms filled or do you have get the documents directly from IRS?

Federal Tax returns

Copies of your Paystub and W-2's should be sufficient. (if possible get it notarized)
 
copies only

You have to send only copies (paystub & w2). No originals.

For Tax returns just the copy is enough. No need to get anything from IRS. No need to sens state tax returns.

First of, thanks for replying. Did any of you receive RFE for tax forms? Are you positive for tax returns they need federal only and NOT state tax forms?
