Few questions on AC21 !!

Ginnu and other gurus

Is it OK to leave the company on 180th Day of pending 485 with approved I-140? Or it's too risky and the employer will be on the advantage and can revoke my I-140 on the last day?

Where can I find more information about the DESIGNATION code? Just need to make sure that the existing designation and the new designation fall under the SAME CODE ..

do we need to include the job description in AC 21 letter or just mentioning the the job duties are same or similar to my GC sponsering employer is suficient.

Hi Ginnu and other gurus,
My I-140 if filed in 10/2004, I-485 in 12/2005. I-140 approved in 01/2005. Got EAD in 03/2005. Am I eligible for AC21? Is it concurrent filing? Can I change my employer and join permanent offer?
