Both RFE regarding SR issued for both AP and I-485 from same Officer#374 which I never need since I entered USA on AP
FP2: 12/03/04
AP approved on 12/30/04 after 1 year and 27 days
TD to Atlanta: 01/04/05
Interview date: 02/28/05

Question 1: Can I get early appointment and go for Interview earlier or I have to go only what is mentioned on the interview letter? which is Feb. 28

Question 2: On the interview notice, they wanted me to bring Passport, License, Pay stub, Tax paper, W2 and Medical Record in sealed envelope. (Individual exempted for brining medical records are K-visa holder and registry cases), what is registry case? Do I need to re-submit the medical records? I already submitted it long time ago I guess about 1.5 or 2 years ago. Does this mean that I have to go for medical test again?

Question 3: Does any one know that this is generic letter for everyone who is called for interview?

Please share your experince

Please let me know
Thank you

If you give them reason that u can not appear on that date they schdl, either may increase the next available, since it is not FP issue, and not few minutes story. my advise be patient prepare all doc, pary and go. think in this way that u receive this letter on mid feb and ur interview is next week :D.

It seems normal interview, triggered by avg common reason. they are not asking u anything special. take with u all doc including EVL too. who knows what they ask. don't speak and start telling stories unless, tell only in short what u are asked. keep remember 'didn't ask didn't tell' and its peace in mind for u if ur attorney show his face there with u.

Miscellaneous Cases

There are a number of miscellaneous categories of I-485 cases that must be filed in Chicago. Some of these are relatively unusual, while others may be more common in particular regions. It is required that filings for these cases also be made in Chicago: Cuban Adjustment Act cases; Registry cases (for persons continuously present since January 1, 1972); beneficiaries of private bills; certain special immigrant categories; certain AmerAsians; specified Polish / Hungarian nationals previously denied refugee status; and qualified Soviet / IndoChinese refugees.

It seems they lost and asking then u have no option because they are not going to find for u, and u also don't want to waste ur time more,
its good to do it again, to save some $$, go to same surgen u went if u have saved recored pull the date and no they do have copies, just show them that u don't need vacine again (cost $70).

Never received but believe this is it.

wish u good luck and don't forget the attorney letter that explains that u did go to SR registration and u were told that u don't needed. just incase.
its better bring him with u.... this is last cost $$ for u I believe.
