Does DOL say the reason for Denial if they deny any case?

Also once they deny, the case converted to NON RIR. Can company apply for 7th year extension since the labor is still pending under NON RIR?

YES. When DOL (or INS) deny case, they send a detail letter justifying all the reason(s). You or your attorney might not agree but that's a different issue.

If DOL denied you RIR application, they are asking you to convert RIR case to N-RIR and you agreed, company can apply for 7th year extension based on that provided there are no further issues.

I talked to my lawyer and he told me that there was no reason mentioned in that and he also told me that dol mentioned that it will send to SWA and they will contact you to put an AD in paper, till that time we should not process anything related to LC.
 
Looking at your respone, I think they denied RIR (not the LC Application) and they are asking you to change application to N-RIR case.
 
So, Is it worst or bad?Am I applicable for 7th year externsion?

I think you will be eligible for 7th year as LC is still pending (this time it is Non-RIR). Depending upon where your firm is located, it can take a lot more time then you might have expected initially.
