Few Qestion Regarding AP Renew. Please Reply.

Hi,

Mine is employment base I-485 , EB3 , CSC, Pending from 09/21. Using EAD, Sent AC21. Already I did renew my EAD, E-Filling. And my 2nd EAD is approved. Now I want to renew my AP (E-Filling). I have some question regarding this form. Please reply. Please correct me if I'm wrong. May be I’m asking silly. But please correct me.

Has the beneficiary been granted Temporary Protected Status?
NO.

Class of Admission:
My last entry was H1B. But now I'm using EAD for work. And my I-485 is pending with CSC. So what will be my class of admission?

I am applying for an Advance Parole to allow me to return to the U.S. after temporary foreign travel.

Date of intended departure:
(Month/Day/Year)
Is here I can put the date after date of my 1st AP expiration date?

Expected length of trip:
Can I put as I wish like 4-6 weeks or more? If now I'm giving length of trip like 4-6 weeks but suppose in future my trip will be long more than that, is there any problem ?

Are you, or any person included in this application, now in exclusion or deportation proceedings?
NO.

On a separate piece of paper, please explain how you would qualify for an Advance Parole and what circumstances warrant issuance of Advance Parole. Include copies of any documents you wish considered. (See instructions.)
For how many trips, do you intend to use this document?

more than 1 trip

What I have to write for this, also in separate paper?

Supporting Document?
• 2 photographs;
• Part 7 supplemental information;(What is this? What I have to write?)
• Copy of I-485 filing receipt notice;
• Copy of I-140 approval notice;
• Copy of front and back of I-94 arrival/departure card and latest H1B approval notice;
• Copy of last approved Advance Parole document;
• Color Copy of driver’s license;
• Color copy of passport’s biographic page;
• Copy of Birth certificate. (Is it madatory?)

For Paper Filling in CSC what is the address?

NO. correct

Your dependants can be out as long as the AP is valid.Just put the 2- 4 weeks or the lenght of your normal annual holidays.

What I have to write for this, also in separate paper?ANS you are the direct beneficiary of an immigrant petion for alien worker and your I- 485 is pending at CSC since........(put the notice date on the copy of the I 485). I plan to travel on .......(date of your intended trip) to visit or for holidays on your intended date of trave and later in 2006.Thank you for approving my application.You can put copy of air ticket if you 've one but it is not necessary/required. This typed statement is the part 7 supplemental information. you qualify because you have a pending 485

For Paper Filling in CSC what is the address?
You need a cover letter, with your address and alien no.State you are applying for AP for yourself and dependants(if married).You have previously been approved before and your I-485 is pending at CSC.Dont forget the check pls
