Few Important Questions!!

Guys,
Can someone please answer these questions.

We landed in Canada as PR in March 2005 and came back to US in 2 days.
Visited Canada once in between. But living in US since then.

1)We have a kid born in US after we got PR. So what do we need to do in order to take the kid along with us to canada when the time comes to move?

2) If we need to visit canada, do we need to get visa for my kid? or is US Passport enough for visiting?

3) Since I didnt live or work in canada and have no ties back in canada (no health card/credit card/bank account/job or whatever, i did not pay canadian taxes for 2005 and not paying for 2006 either...Am I going in the right direction?

4) When we landed, we gave my cousins address as contact address. But my cousin moved to US this year. So I want to change my address and give my other cousin address in canada. What is the procedure for that?

Any replies would be very helpful and I would surely appreciate .

No visa. Just the passport

right direction for what? Is it from US Permanent Residency (Green Card) or Canadian Permanent Residency. I don't know but please consider checking with Canadian Lawyer if you are required to file Canadian Tax Return even if there is no income
