I am on H1B. My date will be current in June 1st 2007 and planning to file my 485 in the month of June. Please any immigration guru, help me to answer following questions:
1. I come to know, while filing I-485, generally people submit 6 months pay slips. That means, pay stubs from Dec 2006 till May 2007 if I am planning to file in June 2007. However, I was in India during Jan 2007 and my employer did not pay and counted as leave without pay because I was in India. Do I have to submit any proof for not having the pay slip for the month of Jan 2007 while filing I-485?
2. My wife's H1 got approved on Oct 13th 2004 but she did not start working till Dec 10th 2006. She started getting payments from January onwards hence there is no W2 for the year 2004. Will it be an issue for I-485? If yes, any suggestion to overcome? She is still working with the same employer.
3. I have three addresses for one of my past employer. In H1 LCA application it is address "X". I actually started working at address "Y" because by the time my H1 got approved he moved to address "Y". I got an experience letter from him having address "Z" because he moved again after I left his job. Right now he is at address "Z". Address "X", "Y" and "Z" are with in 10 mills of distance.
Which address should I mention while filling G325-Biographic Information form in the column “Applicant's employment last five years. “?
4. In last five years, I moved to different home addresses but I don't know the exact move date and AR-11 filing date. So the date I enter in G325-Biographic Information in the column “Applicant's residence last five years” might not exactly match with AR-11. Do you think it would be an issue if move dates and AR-11 dates are off for a month or two?
Thanks for reading and answering.
