Few Citizenship questions

Good day. I'm new to the board and I have a few questions about filing for citizenship. I hope there's people in the board that shares a similar experience.
I'll try to keep it as brief and detailed as possible.

4/2002 - My mother officially divorced my (non-US citizen) dad.

10/2002 - My mother became a citizen through naturalization.

11/2004 - Me (age:19) and my brother (age:17) got here in the U.S

9/2006 - 3/2011 - Went back to Philippines to finish nursing school. During that time I got two re-entry permits. The first permit was surrendered to USCIS due to my request for a second permit.

3/2011 - Present - Got back here in the U.S. I got married to my Filipina wife on 12/2011 and had a daughter at same time too. Went back yearly during thanksgiving to visit them, a rough total of 75 days out of the country. My GC expires on 12/2014.

Question, do I qualify to file a N-600 or should I file a N-400? Should I file a N-400 now or wait until I hit the 5 year continuous stay mark?

I thank you for your time. :)

If your green card was approved when you were 18 or older, you would not have derived citizenship, and you would have to file N-400 to become a citizen. However, if your brother got his green card at 17 he may qualify for derivative citizenship if he was living in the custody of his US citizen mother.
