No No! It's not what you think it is. My case got transferred to st.louis on 01/07. RD 09/24. Possible reason? Married after filing 485. Anybody went thru this already, how long it take for any int call? Bad timing, lord, next week I relocate to jef city in MO. Do I need to transfer it again to there? Any similar exp pls share with me. Gracias!

Are you saying it got transferred today ? Do you know how long your case was with the officer. I'm curious b'ze I spoke to IIO today and she said my case is with an officer since Dec 26th 2002. Your reply is much appreciated

since you married after filing your I-485, i assume that
your wife's I-485 was filed later separately. Has your
wife's case also been transfered?
i thought in such cases the INS is not able to "join" the two cases
together and they are approved separately.

Well, atleast in our case, they joined us on the way to hell, i mean, stl local SC. My RD was sep/01 and my wife's is May/02. So..
