Just in case if one has to enquire about the plastic cards. I think CPer\'s don\'t have SRC# unlike 485er\'s, just the A# is known for CPer\'s.

Also if someone knows which phone# to call for enquiring about the plastic cards for following details:- I-140: VSC + CP: Montréal Consulate + PoE: 1000 Islands, NY.

JoeF is right but you can still try!!! Please read the message inside

Call TSC . Their phone number is (214) 381-1423. It is not easy to get through as you are going to hear busy tone. Once, when you get connected you will be on hold for a minimum of 45 minutes. Speak to the TSC official and give him/her your A# to find out about the status of plastic card. You will have to request him/her to issue you a receipt number which usually starts with SRC. With this SRC# you will be able to check the status of the plastic card after hours too by calling the above number. I hope it helps.

agj,
What time did you call? I always get a busy tone and I have been trying 7-8 times during week days for almost a month now!
This is the height of inefficeincy that they do not even have a call center to answer incoming calls!

I keep hearing that the card will eventually show up, but what if TSC has lost the I-89 or the card has got lost in the mail. In that case, we will never know the status.

JoeF, Many Thanks for your useful information. The Immigartion Officer at PoE told me to go to local INS office in case I have any questions about my Plastic Card. Do local INS folks work in SRC# domain or A# domain?
