Fees for CP process

Hi friends,
My I-140 (EB2 - CP at Chennai), is approved on Feb 12th. I have the following questions:

1. What are the fees one need to pay from here on - to NVC and Consulate?
2. What are the documents we need to send to NVC and when (at what stage)?
3. When can I expect the CP interview going by the present trend?

{You will get a fee bill from NVC St.Louis office @ $ 335 for each
of the applicants. Apart from this you would need to pay
the courier charges at the Chennai Consulate.

This is Rs. 300 + ( Rs.50 * No. of applicants ) in the name of
'Blue Dart Express Ltd.,' payable in Chennai )

2. What are the documents we need to send to NVC and when (at what stage)?

documents.

At Packet 3 State: It is normally just the DS 230 Part I.
(but sometimes they would like to see other docs. Follow
the directions given in the packet.

For the interview: This is a big list, and you need to
research the forum.}

3. When can I expect the CP interview going by the present trend?

{6 to 8 months is the general time frame. If you need more
