Fees: check payable to INS or BCIS now?

At Boston INS office there is a notice saying that payments be made to "Bureau of ....."

I have also read some postings on this site and others that they are accepting both. Difficult to know if there is any cut off date.

It would make perfect sense if you make it payable to the BCIS since the INS ceased to exist last March. Good luck
