fees and links about expedited AP application?

I heard of the expedited AP, or emgency AP application through local office, just wondering where I can get the info about the fees (if there is some extra fee) or the right link to the info.

There is no extra fee for expedited AP application. The just want you to notify them and give them 2 self addressed and stamped envelopes so they can send the AP back to you.

I read the instruction again, and found "Expedited applications for Re-entry Permit or Refugee Travel Document" were you referring to that?

My question was about expedite the Advanced perole while AOS is pending.
