I would like to confirm the category i selected is correct for Question 16 on form I-176

Question 16: Eligibility Category
i entered (C)(9)(A) . I am US citizen applying for my Wife. I wonder if i have selected the correct catagory then i think it should be (C)(9)
Please confirm. Many thanks in advance.
 
Do you mean the I-765 Application for Employment Authorization Document?

(C)(9) is for a pending I-485 application to adjust or register permanent resident status.
 
Sorry about the typo, i was indeed referring to I-765. I am filling 485, 130, 131 and 864 all together for my wife; so (C)(9) should be the correct category to put on I-765 on question # 16?
