Could you tell
(1) name of service center
(2) is there any RFE on I140...if so what
(3) RD, AD of I140 & RD/ND of I485
(4) any LUD or other detailed information
 
Change of address?

Many members (including myself) experienced this message, and LUD change when they requested for address change over phone.
 
does this pertain to eb-1/or only??

or does changing address imply RFE for eb-2/niw and eb-1 petitions as well?
