Can anyone tell me to whom I should make my check payable when paying the filing fees? The USCIS website says "US Citizenship and Immigration Services," while all the new forms published after April 2004 says "U.S. Department of Homeland Security."

I reccently filed my I-140 etc. with checks made payable to "USCIS". The checks were accepted and cashed by USCIS.
