I have recently applied for I-751 to remove conditional residence. But unfortunately applied with wrong amout of fee which is $145 instead of $200.
My green card exp date: Aug 15 2004. I have applied my form I-751 in CA on June2 nd.
Can any one advise me is my application will be sent back before July mid so that I can apply the same with right amount. I am little affraid of the days i have left.
I think I only need to apply the application before my card exp date and wait for further reply from INS. Please help and advise. I was thinking of applying one more application on July mid if i have rcvd my previous application applied. Thank you.
