Has anyone here ever gotten approved for it or have any experience with it??
I've been reading about it USCIS web site, this is what is says:
"Whether the individual has demonstrated that within the last 180 days, he or she qualified for or received a “federal means-tested public benefit”. This may include, but is not limited to, Food Stamps, Medicaid, Supplemental Security Income, and Temporary Assistance of Needy Families or other public benefit."
My mother in law is going to be a co-sponsoring, she received food stamps up until January of this year. Would they consider it for her, or would it just be my husband received it?????
Any answers would be appreciated! I need to hurry up and get my AOS started, we just don't have the money right now to pay the fees otherwise I would have applied months ago.
