my wife is going to sponsor me....and now we are preparing papers and documents .......i am kinda confused here after reading that Fee waiver guidence
In the guidence it says the following :
""Applicants should be aware that certain immigration benefits have income requirements or require evidence that the applicant or beneficiary is not likely to become a public charge (for example: nonimmigrant visa petitions, family-based visa petitions, classifying an orphan as an immediate relative, employment-based visa petitions, employment authorizations, travel documents, and advance parole.)""
ok since we wiil in family based visa petition catagory ......will applying for fee waiver be a problem later on .......???????????
First of all since my wife is on disablity her income isnt enough to financially spronser me ...so her father is willing to be the joint sponsor for me ....
I hope you understand what i am trying to say here .....so in my case what would be the wise thing to do .....would that be wise not to apply for fee waiver ..cuz when her dad will sponsper he will be able to show his income above poverty level.......thats where i am kinda confused......we would like to get the feee waiver cuz really we cant afford to pay these fees since we live from paycheck to paycheck
