Hello Everyone,

I was working in US on H1-B visa when I got married to my US Citizen wife. We applied and recieved my conditional greencard which expires in June, 2011 first week. We had paid biometric fees during initial application and I also completed the appointment then.

Now the question is that while filing for I-751 do I have to pay the Biometric fee ($85) again? Do I have to get the fingerprints are everything done again? OR I just need to pay the $505 I-751 fees?

I would appreciate a quick response since I have to mail the application tomorrow morning.

Whatever the forms says is the fee. You have to get a new biometric done.
