I became permanent resident very recently and applied for reentry permit. I received the receipt notice. The receipt notice said "Fee Previously Collected" in the "Notice Type Section". However my check $385 has been encashed from my bank. Is it quiet ususal !!! Did anybody face the similar situation ?

My reentry permit is approved today and the case status says :'document mailed to the applicant' even though I advised them to send it to US Consulate. Does it mean they sent it to my address in the USA because I am still here ?

My application received on 10/31/2008 and FP on 11/20/2008. In the application form I advised them to send it to US Consulate because I did not know whether they will be able to process it before I leave. The status says " document sent to applicant", does it mean that they send it to my US address because they realised from my departure date in the form that I am still in USA !!!
