Fee for AP

..Confusion regarding who should I make the check payable to...

.. On I-131 form instruction page it says ..check for $165 payable to
"U.S. Department of Homaland Security" ...

But on USCIS website... it says...all checks should be made out to
"U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services"...

which one should I follow...any comments...JSN

Don't be confuse about form's instructions fees. I also noticed that in many forms it's old fee in instruction, form is good to fill and send them , use the New Fees mention on web site,they have increase in many forms. and double check by calling them.
