I mailed my package on 8/20, it got to Chicago FEDEX facility on 8/21 according to the tracking system but it stooped there at 8am on 8/21. I've called FEDEX number of times but they keep saying 'our manage needs to call you,what is your number" every time. On Friday at 5pm, they finally transfered me to FEDEX Chicago office. Lady in charge started asking personal questions like 'are you applying for GC? which forms did you file? How many photos and checks were attached?" I said (I was already upset about the delay) "it's none of your business what's in the package, why can't you tell me what happened to it" She said that the scanner that the delivery man had that morning was broken and all the package that were delivered did not get scanned. So she claims that the pakages were delivered but they couldn't prove and they were trying to confirm with the immigration office which packages they actually received! They need to verify which forms were filed by which individual in order to do so.
She said that they received at least 2000 packages on 7/31 and the immigration office is still catching up so it won't show on the immigration tracking website for some time either.
