Fedex at VSC?

Getting ready to file my N-400 at VSC? Is FEDEX an acceptable method of delivery? If yes, what is the address for FEDEX delivery? If not, what is the recommended delivery method?
 
The Fedex is delivered to a different address( I forgot the actual city) than where you send, which is OK. I send it by Fedex.
