FedEx Address for INS?

I am ready to send out my N-400 application via FedEx but what address to use? FedEx does not accept P.O Box address. Any info for the California Service Center?

I would use the regular US Postal Service with Certified Mail - Return receipt required. It will get there in less than 2 days and you have proof from INS that they received it.
