Federal Tax Returns for RFE?

Hi All,

I just re-read my RFE and it says that I have to send in my Federal Tax Returns with all the schedules along with the W2s and 1099 forms for the last two years. So, do I have to send copies of the whole thing?

Also, if they asked for 2 yrs, can I just send for past 3 yrs? They asked for past 2 months earnings statements... i'm going to send them pay stubs for past 4 months. Am I overdoing this?

do not overdo

just send what they asked for. You never know what they interpret.
