Hi Guys,

Could anybody tell me how the Fed Labor Document looks?(The Doc you get after getting certified from the Federal Labor ) .One of my friend has processed thru an Indian Company and he got the Fed Doc.He had some concerns on the document.

You could just tell something like :-

1)Whether it had Labor Dept Seal ?
2)Whether it was signed at the bottom ?.
3)Just some key things thats all

Thanks so much,

Fedeal labor department sends back the original forms ETA 750 part A & B with their seal on them along with a one page cover letter stating something like - this application has been approved and the original approval has to be included for filing the I-140 application at XXX service center.............

Hope this helps.
