I checked AVM last night and glad to know my case with family members got
approved on Dec 3, 2001

what is your PD and

did you check avm the day before ? I am trying to figure out whether the AVM got updated the same day
or there was a gap. Also did your message change from case not found to case received ? If so, when
did that happen ? Had you ever spoken to any IIO ? Sorry about asking too many questions but I am waiting for
my approval and cases filed later than mine has been approved and I am trying to find out why.

AVM changed to "received" around 11/10/01

Like other all FEB waiter, I am waiting for this good day since the
end of Oct.

I checked AVM almost every day since 11/10/01 and finally get
the good news last night.

PD: June, 1999.
Case#: EAC-01-104-5xxx.

My family member got approved at the same day. The AVM of my husband
was changed same as me, from not found --> received -->approval.
But AVM of my child is always "not found", it just changed to apprval
yesterday.

I am a regular visitor for this site. It is a great site and help us
to pass this long, pain and waiting time.
