i filed pre approved labor that is sept 2001 and 485 filing date is feb 25 03
my question is is there any advantage with recent retrogession ,i have given my first fp in the month of jan 04 .do i need to wait for second fp or can any one in this position pl share

I dont see any advantage in your case. One cant say, either you may get an rfe/approval or after 15months you may get a 2nd fp.
