Guys,

Looks like BCIS is working randomly on Feb 2002 cases too. For EAC02124XXXXX series I found that four cases have been transferred to another BCIS office in April.
Two were transferred on 7th and two more were done yesterday.

Lets hope BCIS gathers momentum and everyone receives their approvals soon.

Hi Vidchin

Case # 505XX - 04/07/03, was transferred coz it had Finger print match. I know this case I was tracking few cases and it had Finger-Print Ident message.

I wish we get our approvals in couple of months. I am worried because job security is not too high now and market is also not good. Nerve-racking wait. I just prey to god. Good luck to everyone.

Be prepared for the worst , you may get the best. Its wise not to get excited based on predictions like Feb is going on etc., It may just add to your disappointment.

Hi vidchin,
Are you sure that the 4 cases that were transfered are I485 cases ?
Even if they are I485 cases, i do not believe that these people (BCIS) started working on adjudicating February cases. I guess that for those 4 cases, they got the FBI finger print report now only and found some issues. That's why they are transferred to Local offices. Please confirm that they are I485 cases and not EAD renewal or AP cases.

Hi dsatish

Atleast 1 of these is transferred coz of FingerPrint mismatch, that too on March 7th 2003. Other are also I 485 cases but reason best known to BCIS(INS).

I think BCIS does preliminary check on all cases and transfers cases with obvious reasons(like finger print match/FBI name match/Some EB1/other not known to us). and then assigns rest of the cases to Officers for final review/adjudgement and they either issue RFE/NOID, transfer or approve case.

So cases which vidchin has mentioned might be transferred coz preliminary check only and not that BCIS ahs started approving Feb02 cases.

I wish that was true, Hey I'm one of Feb02 waiters.

RD Feb 2002
ND Mar 2002
FP July 2002

Good luck to all of us.

Cheers:)
