Very glad to inform you all that my case has been approved on 4/22(on my birthday). Waited too long to get to this stage.
Been in this country for more 10 years.

RD: Feb 02
ND: Mar 02
FP1: May 02
FP2: Oct 03

NO RFE

3 EADs
2 APs


Pretty straight forward case, no change in address/employer.
Had sent couple of Satus inquiry letter my self / thru employer/attorney. Don't know if it helped.

I had sent two letters(from Attorney and Employer) requesting a Status Update on our cases. They did also mention that I needed to travel (outside US ) on short buisiness trips and the difficulties caused by the delays in obtaining AP ,,, etc... I did also attach these letters when I had sent my EAD renewal.


Also when I went to get IEAD, the officer mentioned that my case has been assigned to an officer in Mar 2004. When I registered (create profile) at USCIS website it did show Mar 18 2004 as Last Update date.

My profile also got updated on 03/24/2004. Can i send update status inquiry letter giving different reasons as my old employer is not coordinating and i did myself EAD and extra.
