i think it is they might update it soon.

It is not a typo, it is real, they may be processing EAD after that date and they ususally take only 2 months to give a EAD

Hi Guys,
Could you please clarify about the dates for AP and EAD. The dates are saying 12/20/2004. What is that date RD or ND? My RD is 12/27/2004 and ND is 1/4/2005. How long do you think I need to wait for EAD and AP. Ant comments greatly appreciated.

they are processing november cases right now, i have been following it. so unless they jumped a month in a day or two it is a typo.

My RD is 12/10 and ND is 12/15.
No chage in AP or EAD status.
Looks like typo :-(
They have not corrected it yet though .

I don't think its a typo. My AP filed on Dec 3rd 2004 and got approved today.

Mine was filed on Nov 19 and still not approved. I think these dates are just guidelines guys. If you are way off, you should initate an enquiry. Other than that worry about the 140 and 485.
