Hello All,

my saga has ended 'positively'... Got my papers moved from vermont to San Jose, CA Sep 2nd -- had the interview 10/27.

Other than basic questions -- the officer never asked for anything -- mine was a 245i case and they never bothered about physical presence evidence etc...

Officer said it'll take 6 weeks to get the card.
