We have been hearing of Feb 2001 cases being approved from VSC. However, all PD\'s seem to be in 1999. Are there any approvals with PD in 2000, like June/July 2000.

PD in 2000

Well the 2000 PD applicants could file only in July, 2001 as that is when their PD became current..and this is for EB3. I don\'t know about EB2..probably the tracker might help you where you can see whether anyone with a PD of Jun/Jul 2000 and RD/ND of Feb 2001
