Finally my case has been approved according to AVM. First, I always had the question about when does AVM gets updated. I think as early as 4:30-4:45 PM. My case has been approved today - May22 nd. So if you have a pending case, checking in the evening should be just fine.
Second, I share deep sympathy with all waiting esp the ones sept99-mar00 NDs. It always causes lots of pain to see one\'s case pending when more recent cases get approved. It is my hope that everyone gets approved quickly but those who waited the most should get a break.
Anyway, my details - filed in 96 for labor in nj which just went on and on and on .. well you get the idea. Then my company filed a new RIR application in 99, I-140 went fast and then waited since Feb 00. It is a relief although I don\'t hate or dislike my current employer. FP in april.
