I work for Company "A" in NYC .Company "A" is not willing to apply my GC and am going to complete my H1B in next 12 months . One of the NJ based company "B" planing to file my GC on basis of "Feature employment". Company "B" is a small company and has less than 10 employees . My question is

1.Will there be any issues if company "B" file my GC
2.Are there any chances of "Labor Auditing"
3.Company "B" is good and they are paying their taxes promptly.

Please help me in answering these questions
 
Be warned that many of those small shops invite strict scrutiny from immigration and these companies also suck money from you with promises of a green card. Do your research before getting into it.
 
Thanks for the information . This is a my cousin's company . Just wanted to know will there be any issues if we file GC through this company
