FBI won\'t give details..

Hi,

I got my FP done yesterday and called FBI today to check whether they are cleared or not.

They are saying they are returned to INS office but refused to give the information whether they are cleared or not and asked me to check with INS directly about it.

Can someone tell me whether I should really have to call INS to find out the details..

It is FBI\'s policy not to tell you if the FP is cleared or not. They only tell you if the process is completed and when the result was returned to INS.

Yes, you have to call INS to find if your FP in cleared.
