Hi all,

Do either of "Receipt of YL (yellow letter)" or "Case transferred to local DO" indicate the completion of security checks such as, FBI Name check ?

Receiving a YL does not mean imply anything, but when the case is transferred to a local DO, this does indicate that the background checks, including the FBI Name Check, are completed.
