2nd FP

Hi Boston,

Did BCIS online status change after 2nd FP? I did my 2nd FP on 5th Aug but there is no change in the online msg yet. In my case, FBI sent their report the very next day.

RD- 1/17
ND- 1/31
2nd FP - 8/5

I called the number and was told that my FP ( done on 6/19/03) was sent to INS on 6/22/03. No online update on the web.

RD: 9/21/01
1st FP: 1/11/02
2nd FP: 6/19/03
AP: ?

Please Donot bother yourself on online status update....
I have done my 2nd FP on 6/14/03 , still it shows the 1st FP....
Have you guys seen recently there are lot of approval postings in here with no online status update?

My lawyer had estimated 30 - 60 days for approval after 2nd FP. That does not seem to be true if we go by your case. I foresee a long wait ahead for myself.

we have lot of people in this forum with more than 2 months after 2nd FP.... Today there is one posting for approval on 8/24 for the case with 2nd FP on 5/24/03.... almost 3 months.....

In Boston on the 28th..Early FP..scheduled for 9/12 though.,Checked with the FBI number and the agent said my results were sent to INS on the 28th itself..Guess from all your timelines, its not going be as easy as 30-60 days..Grrrr! I really hate this process..

They say BCIS is still busy taking care of cases for Religious Workers (till 9/30/03)

Well, someone got lucky with BCIS.

I did my 2nd FP on May

and i called FBI and they said the result has been sent to vermont on Jun 4th. It's been three months, and nothing happens. I'm so frustrated.
